  • Maiya Brown

    Maiya is a researcher with five years of experience using both qualitative and quantitative research methods, to lead projects through their life cycles. She is highly skilled in understanding human behavior and translating that understanding into actionable insights and fulfilling solutions. Recently her innovation has allowed her to lead a small clinical research team in implementing software that makes it easier to deliver patient care remotely. Maiya’s formal education is rooted in Biology and Psychology but she is continuing to grow her career focusing on user experience and digital products.

  • John Price

    John is an experienced IO psychologist who will be functioning as a consultant and strategist. He has consulting experience in the fields of education, customer service, small government, and the food industry. After earning his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Valdosta State University, he returned to obtain his Master’s in IO Psychology. Projects coordinated by John have helped solve leadership problems such as high turnover, employee/student dissatisfaction, and the inability to follow through with their strategic plan. He aims to ensure that this project maximizes efficiency and outreach.

  • Alysa Davey-Bostic

    Alysa Davey-Bostic is a 2020 graduate from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She has utilized her education in the past six months working in the medical field as an Emergency Medical Technician. In addition, she has been focused on taking additional courses to grow and scale her own business in digital marketing.

  • Jaclynn Bostic-Clarke

    Jaclynn is a second-year student at the University of Virginia, majoring in Sociology and double minoring in French and Philosophy. As far as her undergraduate development, Jaclynn is a member of the Undergraduate Black Law Students Association (UBLSA), Phi Alpha Delta (Pre-Law Fraternity), and Black College Women. She plans to attend law school after completing her undergraduate degree, hoping to study criminal or civil rights law.

  • Jeremiah Melton

    Jeremiah Melton is a fourth-year student at the Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in Computer Science with a minor in General Economics. Through various internships, he has applied his education working in the Information Technology field to gain technical experience as a Software Developer. He plans to take a Software Development position at a tech firm after completing his undergraduate degree.

  • Edwin J. Nichols, PhD., is a Clinical/Industrial Psychologist, working in Organization Development. He is Director of Nichols and Associates, Inc., an applied behavioral science firm. The goal is to restructure organizations to achieve systemic congruence in process through cultural competence in leadership. An assessment of corporate systems and structures is made to achieve systemic congruence within the organization. An evaluation of corporate staff and their management styles are examined to ascertain cultural competence to enhance leadership capacity. Dr. Nichols’ hallmark paradigm: The Philosophical Aspects of Cultural Difference affords insights into the essence of ethnic difference from the philosophical disciplines of Axiology, Epistemology, and Logic. The awareness of self and others facilitates cultural competence in leadership, which affords the full utilization of their multiethnic, pluralistic and linguistically diverse workforce. This 21 st Century team orientated workforce is the value added; it restores the competitive edge and increases the market share. He has provided these services to Fortune 500 Corporations, foreign governments, national government agencies, parastatals, associations, health and mental health systems.
